I tried (without success) downloading this file
Advanced Sound Recorder 1.0.2

I didn’t manage to find Advanced Sound Recorder version 1.0.2, but I found version 1.0.3 for download here (http://sndrec.nnov.ru/). I suppose this version has replaced version 1.0.2.
