Il System Wiper

Help-totally reset PC, and can't find il System Wiper anywhere. Preferably a newer version, but any'll do. Thanks

I have found version 2.1 of iISystem Wiper, it is the only version I have found. The site seems to be down.
I became a little confused of the filename ‘clean21.exe’, but I have checked the file and it is iISystem Wiper vers. 2.1.
I believe that this is a rather late version but I am not sure.
