Clean Disc 3

I used to have a program on my old computer called Clean Disc 3 (disk?) anyway, it got lost during a reformat and I have never been able to find it again. It was free and I am almost positive it was shareware, and it would do a proper defragment (without going into restart,safemode...) and had some history and cookie mgmt abilities too. (and some other stuff but it was not all usable). Anyone know where it can be found? I dont know what version I had but i was probably circa 1999.

cant find any programs titled "clean disc 3", that does defragmenting, i seen ones that are titled "Clean Disk", but they are secure file shredders.
