puurrrlow all - i cant seem to be able to use the v7. 0 i took from the site.. and the silly v9.0 is still messing with my system... i cant view any of my movies... *pout pout sniff sniff* is there a partivular reason (most probable i ain't doin something right.. hehe) why i cant use the old v now?

you have to know which version some of the wmv were made with, if they were encode with a v9.0 encoder, you can not play it back with v7.0.

Windows doesnt like downgrading anything.

thats all i can think of, I do not use WMP. So i am not familiar with its quirks.
