hi im greg and i have a question for you guys.

I feel it it time to write zeros to the hard drive of my hp laptop. I have always had a gateway computer so i knew how to write zeros using gwscan.exe. now, i have no idea how to do it on any other computer than gateway. i hope you can help.

Disk CleanUp (Shareware)
Provides options to specify an NSA approved disk erasure method and background execution priority. Disk CleanUp works with any FAT16 or FAT32 hard drive, as well as Microsoft Windows NTFS volumes.

Some of those nsa approved cleaners take soo looong! on a big drive especialy. wonder if they have improved much on the speed of them today. maybe down to hours? instead of days?!?
