I read this article today, and am here as a result of it! It's in PC Magazine's March 25, 2003 issue. Their website is www.pcmag.com

The article is titled: "Top 100 Web Sites You Didn't Know You Couldn't Live Without" and OldVersion.com is listed 5th.
