Are you trying to unpack the executable? or the zipped file?
If the file is in a zip format, then you unzip it, if the file comes as an exe, just click it to run it. Its a self extracting compressed installer. you do not unpack it. |

The file is an exe then. It's a self extracting installer. The files are packed inside the installer. Double clicking it would cause it to run and install. But if clicking on it does not make it run, the file is corrupt when you downloaded it.
Try downloading it once again. |
