As such musicmatch was purchased by yahoo music and you may have trouble getting it reactivated if at all,Best thing you could do was contact the new owners IE YAHOO MUSIC and ask them if its possible,as far as opening the program do you have the installation files for it ?? if so then you should be able to install and open it unless you have an installation error.
