when you place the Cd card into your mahcine is hter a fodler in it labeled anything
on most SD cards they use a folder called DCIM to store photos and most cams require there to be a differnet other than default no folder option in case the card is used for other things like mucis or files if there is a folder by this name open it and you should see your pix Most cams as a matter of course when you replace a card either ask or vie you the opiton of deleting the pix if this happens you are screwed let me know how ya make out |

I use a programme available from here:Data Recovery Software from WinRecovery Software
There are free SD recovery programmes available on the net, which work as well as that one. You can recover deleted files, unless they have been over written. |

Recuva - Undelete, Unerase, File and Disk Recovery - Free Download
Recuva is free... and a legit program. I've never used it, but I know I've seen it recommended different places. Piriform also makes CCleaner - of which I do use and have never had a problem. |

before you find out solution, the first thing you should do is to stop putting any new data on the SD card. otherwise your original data will be covered and the recovery chance will be decreased.
If these pictures are really important for you, I suggest you try professional recovery software even though it charges for money. I think your valuable pictures are more important than just few dollars. you can restore lost pictures on your own with photo recovery tool. Recommended one is Wondershare photo recovery (simply because I used it and it worked well) you can preview your photos through the Preview window to check if the photos you need are recoverable and evaluate the recovery quality. Learn detailed tips on how to recover lost pictures Good luck |
