System Mechanic 3.7i is the latest version with reasonable download size of cca 1.6 MB (version 4 is too big.)

you can possibly find this by using the REQUEST board and following the pinned topic HOW TO REQUEST AN APP that is pinned at the top of that forum.by doing so one of the many dedicated searchers who visit the site may well be able to find it for you.
