Without ever using the program I guess that might be the last "without the nag" as I took the following from the site you posted ...and develop Girder as a shareware application... With the release 3.3, Girder will cost $19.99 for individual licenses.
Often "nag" goes with shareware. If its easy for you, go ahead submit your file doesnt seem to be a rush of interest at the moment but you never know when. here is a download page in the meantime.
