Description:it serves as an interface between the mp3 player 'm:robe 100', i bought the mp3 player off my cousin but he didnt have the software disc because he lost it, iv tried going to the website but it just offers upgrades and updates, im really disapointed i finally have an mp3 player but i cant even use it!! please help!!

hi there,i looked long and hard but no luck with this one,thing is it seems that the original app was most likely not available as a download as it was shipped with the players.have you actually contacted the manufacturer and asked them for help,if your lucky they may supply you with an installation disc.you may be asked for your purchase details so maybe your cousin could email them.
