The following was all cut and pasted without comment from the Galt Tech website where webMaster Pro was once available for download but was discontinued in 2003. I want to find this program really really bad as it seems to do exactly what I want to do without all the extra bs the bloated commercial programs come with.

Found the evaluation version on versiontracker:
