Getting this posted on the site is much harder then getting it sent to you, either by someone posting a link, or emailing you the product.

You might want to try F-Prot. or BitDefender. unless someone finds you a link for an older version.

Try NOD32. It's the best. But don't believe CNET. Do your homework.

Using an Anti-virus program is not going to be a 2 second event. Saying it is slow on your XP2500, makes me think your expecting something that can not be possible. If you are doing archive scanning, it takes time. minutes and minutes. Dont expect to scan your system in the blink of an eye. that will not happen unless your scanning a partition that has 5 files total.
If you want scanning to go faster, skip the zip files.
try turning off any background programs, such as firewalls, music players, Real Jukebox.
Try creating a permanent swap file on a second partition, or a second harddrive if you have one.
Be sure you have the system defragmented.
get rid of all your tmp files that are taking up space and are useless.

Run the anti virus scanner when your not wanting to use the computer, such as when your sleeping. or not home.

All you'll get here is the shareware version.

Read this

This taken from the FAQs

Why do you only have freeware and shareware?

This is not a "warez" site. We are able to legally distribute only freeware and shareware, since they are free.
