depending on what version of windows you have, you might actually have a crappy version of it, think its called front page express or something. i usually delete it. if not, you can get it here

If you're considering Front Page, I think FP 2000 is probably the best option. Any 9x version of front page (97 or 98) is really cruddy and generates atrocious code, and 2002 is apparently buggy, and doesn't do everything that it was supposed to do.
