    I've got Internet Explorer 4.0 with the Active Desktop update for Win95. I can upload it, but where do I go to send it?

    No need to upload it, since when people ask for Web browser we just redirect them to a large repository of web browsers
    http://browsers.evolt.org/
    and they have every IE version you could want. as well as any other browser.
