Is there a program that will collect all the hyperlinks on a web page?

I already have a program that will download all the web pages of a site, but I only want the links, both the link name and web page address.

    Thanks

    try this
Would you like to make lists of all the hyperlinks on a web page or search engine result?
Have you tried to manually edit links out of HTML? It's a boring and time consuming task.
