    I wanna know, if i upgrade from 2000b to 2002a will my list be deleted?

    ICQ uses a server-side contact list these days, meaning the contact list gets stored on their server, so in theory, as soon as you install and load the newest 2003b it should auto load your contact list.
    sicne you are going to use 2002b, you might have to use the UIN converter app to convert the contact list. or it might automatically convert the list for you.
    you can safeguard yourself, but going to the C:\Program FIles\ICQ folder and copying the UIN Folder to another folder such as My Documents, to backup the contact list. if anything goes wrong, then you have c backup of it, which you can replace.
