With this post, the user never mentions which sort of mp3 program they are refering to, so as you can tell, i have posted links to mp3 apps.
the links posted in the thread for EAC, CDex, and dBpowerAmp are not P2p clients. they are used for encoding, recording and decoding music.
kazza/grokster are not what I would consider "mp3 apps", they do permit one to find mp3s on their program, but they also are used to find many kinds of programs as well, and are not limited to mp3's.
