If this is a virus, and you have an anti virus program run that, and it should remove the virus. If you don't have an aniti virus program you can get a free one called AVG Anti Virus from http://www.grisoft.com

the_gaffer, your link you posted does not seem to be correct, as it will not load for me. I just checked out another site, which linked to the one you posted, but the link was http://www.rsaisp.com/software.asp
you just forgot to add the www part it seems.

I could not get to that either. Think it has to do with the browsers we all are running. Some use Slimbrowser, Mozilla, Internet explorer.
they all might not load that page.

I had one of those too, and i found a way to get rid of it. It only works with windows, i think, but im not possitive. First, do cntrl+alt+dlt and "End program" of a program called AV. After you've closed that, search files and folders on your computer, for something called av.xe and delete that from your computer. Then your done! I hope i was of some help!
