To help you find what you request you need to follow locustfurnaces advice.
Here is something that is freeware and may preform similar to what you are after I mentioned it in another thread but unfortunately I still havnt used it.

you could also search the forum for info regarding backing up the registry which I think might be a minimum precaution when using any programs like the above.
