If you had read the pinned topic, and followed the guidelines, you would have known to search before posting, and posted correctly - thus not starting a New Thread, and posted into this thread, where you would have found this question has been asked and answered already.

Tis file is labelled invboard1_1_2_fr.zip The txt files in it are in English and the Help Web Sites in French. Don't know what the actual board is in but I'd imagine you could set it to the way you want.

Those versions of IPB are no longer available on InvisionBoard.com and it would be illegal to distrubute those IPB packages.
