it would probably benefit everyone if there were old versions of some good encryption programs (like PGP) on this site

PGP 6.5.8
Thanks
real bad for a first post ? it may as well say pg tips and then we could have a cup of tea whilst we wondered what you were requesting. did you not read the pinned topic How to Request an App or has it come unpinned and fell off. have a look at it and try again mate. its pinned there for your own benefit and to help others find the files you are requesting.Originally posted by myfootsmells@May 26 2004, 04:36 PM

Search the forum, and post in an already exisiting thread (also mentioned under the pinned topic), to reduce the number of repeated postings.
There are a few threads already dealing with PGP.
PGP past threads

For instant messaging with GAIM there is a gpg encryption plugin.
Anyone have or know where I can get PGP 8.0 freeware that works with XP. We are using the 7.0 freeware edition with Win 2K... but i need to load it on and XP machine. Everything I can find is the 30 trial of 9.0.
thanks
you should of used the request board my friend and also followed the sticky for requesting an app at the top of that board. pgp is not really much help, we do our best but do not specialise in mind reading.you can add the details for requesting the app back here now the thread is started as im sure the moderator will move it over to the request board when he next signs in .Originally Posted by chisigs2
