Forgive my slightly negative response to this topic but wouldn't most people who log on to this forum consider that old versions are better, thus biasing the result of the poll ?

Well, all I know is that the new version of KaZaa comes complete with a virus payload, so you decide whether the old version is better.

I would not of thought that even Sharman and Co. would offer virus riddled software ?

Its highly unlikely a company is going to offer virus infected files to users, since it would be illegal, and such a company would not last long; the sharman network makes money, and by turning away their userbase, they will be cutting off their revenue source.
I think you should rephrase "virus" to spyware.

Exactly, if your on this site, you must have a reason to prefer an old version over the new, so this poll is wasteful.
