I think that I can translate that a little bit better:

English Translation:
"Does someone have Ircap 6.9999?
If you have it, I would be grateful if you send it to me.
[his] email: ghost_city_@euskalerria.org"

I found some info about Ircap:
http://www.ircap.net/en/index.html

or if you want to view the page in Spanish:
http://www.ircap.net/

I can't tell how you find the version numbers, but if you do a google search for "Ircap.exe" you can find different versions. (I know that the versions are different because the downloads are different sizes.)

My attempt to say the above in Spanish:
Usando Google con la palabra "Ircap.exe", yo encontré versiones diferentes, pero no sé números de los versiones.
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=...f-8&q=Ircap.exe

No, you're wrong. Your translation makes no sense.

I actually studied some Spanish, so I think you should trust my translation.

You probably used some sort of online translator. They tend to be unreliable.

You're right. But online translators can get you a general understanding of what someone else is trying to say.
