Do you still have the installer for this program? If you do, then please submit it to the kind folks here at oldversion. If you didn't keep the installer, however, there isn't much that can be done.
If anyone ever used this free programme they will be saddened by it's recent demise. See http://www.geocities.com/srl_list/index.html. This app loads web pages so quickly by filtering out unwanted banner ads etc. Maybe the admin would consider adding this application to the download list ?
