Help?!

I have tryed so many pop-up stoppers and the like, and either there not free, contain spyware or are just usless, can somebody please give me some help on finding a good pop-up stopper and where to get it.. thanks!

Last year I downloaded "POP UP STOPPER" and it seemed to work fine.

Then, this year I downloaded the "new" version for my new computer and it does not seem to be be as effective as the old version.

Needless to say, I immediately dragged out my old floppies and installed the old version again..

You can tell the difference because the new version has a "white hand" with pointing finger in the task bar and the old version just has a little box with an "X" in it..

you should try the google tool bar. i use it and it seems to work fine
