I know this is an old thread but I wasn't sure who to contact about it but I am with WinMXWorld and I wanted to post and ask if perhaps a link could be posted with the winmx downloads as to where to get a great and working patch to help people to connect to WinMX.

You can get the most current patch to WinMX at WinMX Community Patch and it still blocks fake files from showing in the list. Sorry if I wasn't supposed to post this here but again I wasn't sure who to contact about it or where to post it.

I wanted to add also that for any help anyone might need getting connected or staying connected to WinMX you can visit the WinMXWorld forum or come to our chatroom on WinMX itself by entering the name WinMXWorld.com Help_AE182F4EBABE in the room filter in the chat section and clicking the Join button on the right. You don't even have to be connected to join that way. We'll be glad to help.
