I know that Download.com only has the latest versions, but in this case I doubt.
When I checked and made a download from Download.com I got vers. 3.0. The name of the file was WxBugSetup30.exe, the file I got was from 2001, and I started to install it. It was Weather Bug vers. 3.0. I checked with their site and according to this site there is a new version, 5.0. As far as I can see vers. 5.0 is from Dec 2002. To get this new version I had to answer some questions and I stopped there.
It is probably only a matter of time before vers. 3.0 will not be available from Download.com.

The older versions of Weatherbug allowed more options. For one, you could open a radar view in a browser window. Now you&#39;re relegated to scrolling through. I&#39;ll email version 2.61 to the archive, but I&#39;d like version 3.0 that supports XP. Search your drive for "wxbugsetup" to see if you have one.

h34r: I found weatherbug 3.0 by surfing the web sites for school sponsered weatherbugs. They still use the older versions and when you download it helps the schools for donations.schools use this program all over the country. you might find one near you and email them to find out which one they use for download. (public schools)
