when i log into ICQ2003a version I do not receive the welcome start up home page, instead i receive the following message:

an error has occurred in the script of this page

error: google_ad_ width is undefined

do you want to continue running scripts on the page

this problem has only occurred as the welcome page would always open. i contacted icq support who advised me to upgrade to the latest version, but my pc does not have enough memory for this to be done.

It's due to newer sized ads with old limitation of welcome box. This is nothing to worry about. Just an annoyance.
Its been a long while since I ran ICQ's client, but you may be able to disable the welcome screen.
