    might make a nice addition for people who hate iTunes. like me.

    I think it may still be a part of the download you linked to, since the
    standalone is usualy a full copy of what you would get anyhow during
    a "live" download/install of the program via an internet connection. but
    either, way that i-tunes (on a windows machine anyway) is a load of
    garbage.

    I just use a plug-in for WMP that let's play quicktime files.
