I purchased a book from Amazon that came with a "Palm and PPC" verison - typical .pdb (eBook file type). Unfortunately, there are 20+ different types of "pdb" - each specific for the reader it was designed. For example, the book I bought is formatted in the Tomeraider format and iSilo or Mobipocket will not recognize the file. Unfortunately, Tomeraider has 'upgraded' there software to 'newer and better' and does not recognize the file either (typical story).

Program Requested: Tomeraider for Windows v2.8 or Tomeraider for PPC v2.8

what kind of company makes an ebook (.pdb) that is read-able only by the Palm version of their reader? Damn ebook doesn't open in tomeraider for windows... even though its made by same company and same type of software (Ebook reader)..... WTF?
