Most of the times, people make requests for titles which are old. Because newer releases place a higher system requirement on hardware, which users may not meet.

But, alot of times, people want a slightly older release as they find a serial or crack on the net and wish to use it.

You can usually tell these requests from the other based on how small a point change exists between current versions and desired versions.
