Default Solution for Daylight Saving Time

Here is the solution for the "Automatically Adjust Clock For Daylight Saving Changes" feature for Microsoft Windows 95,98,98SE,ME,NT,2000,XP (no SP),and XP SP1.

    http://files.ww.com/files/28806.html

    1. Download the ZIP file.
    2. UNzip the file. It will create a folder.
    3. Left click twice on the folder to open it up.
    4. Inside you will see several files.
    5. Read the "TZEDIT Directions.doc" and make sure you understand it.
    6. Run: TZEDIT.EXE

This will adjust your computer to coincide with the new Daylight Saving Time Changes unless they decide to change the dates again.

Of course if you know what your doing NO MODIFICATION is needed, you can just manually adjust your computer clock.....

    Good luck

Anyway where does that file come from ?
Is that some unofficial patch ?
Or a file downloaded from MS' website and hosted there for some unknown reason ?
