    Default HELP! itunes keep restarting comp

    HALO HALO!! i am in desperate need of help!! i've d/l the new version of itunes and its fine its just bloody annoying and very hard to get use to so i've opted to go back to my older version..unfortunately while im d/l it (the older version..opps keep in mind that i've already deleted the new version) my computer just automatically restarts and in the end i've d/l nothing!! plz can somebody help me out!!! p.s im using windows xp..if that helps..blahhh..

    I seriously doubt the system restarts being related to itunes :hmm:
    You should check your system temperatures and if you don't have some kind of malwares.

    Hello!

    You need to disable "Auto Reboot On System Crash". When the next bluescreen occurs write down the error code (or take a picture with digital camera) and then post it here in the forum.

    How to disable Auto Reboot On System Crash:

    Open System Properties via Start > Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > System
    [ System Properties may also be opened using the WinKey+Pause key combination ]
    Select the Advanced tab and then click Settings in the Startup and Recovery section
    In System Failure section, clear the checkbox next to Automatically Restart
    Click OK and OK to exit
