I had this cool little program a few years ago, and loved it. Last year, I moved, and the CD got lost in the process. I've not been able to find it anywhere. If anybody has it, and can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

If it is a shareware version, it sure is. If it is a Full retail version, it is legal to give the CD to someone if you destroy all copies and transfer the license to the new user.
Usually the CD's also will contain any license agreement regarding the CD.
