Default Free screen magnification tool for keyboard users

    Hi,
There used to be a very useful zoom tool (called zoomer but I am not sure)
that lets use a fixed portion of the screen. There are plenty of magnifier tools out there and almost all of them zoom an area under a curser. Not this one. It looks like it is designed for people you use keyboard to navigate around the desktop, startmenu etc.
It would be wonderful if you could find this gem!

Video card manufacturer, 'Matrox,' included a zoom tool with their software. Some Video card makers included similar tools. Maybe you can check your software for the video card see if such a tool is on the CD.
