Real nightmare

have been installing uninstalling re-downloading installing ect at least 5 times to get 1st version of real jukebox as it is only version that work to transfer music to my mp3 still get errors every time.either it freezes up during install or installs but wont open due to error of some kind....any ideas PLEASE!!!! unless anyone knows of some other progran that will work with Philips Rush SA107 it came with stupid real jukebox 1 and warned not to upgrade

...Important thing to note there is that RealPlayer must also be installed.

Only other thing I can add besides the FAQ (if on XP) is to right click the installer, select Properties, select Compatability tab, and choose to run in Windows 98/ME mode. Once installed, do the same steps for created application shortcut to RealJukebox.
