Bearshare best version and where?

Hi,

I remember i use to use a certain version of Bearshare... i think it was because it was ad free or no malware or something... i don't remember exactly.

Can someone please tell me what is the best version of bearshare, why it is the best version, and where i can obtain a copy? I'd really appreciate this a lot.

i presume you are refering to the bundled software that was added to bearshare when it was made,you most likely had a lite version of bearshare you will find some here http://www.oldversion.com/program.php?n=bearshare
