There are many free ones available on the net if you do a google search. I use Jetaudio, which also has the facility to convert video files. It is not free, but if you search for FOSI you can find it.

This site has many audio/video programmes that you may consider. They also provide a good after sales service.

    Wait, wat ?
MP3 + "perfect sound" ? You've got to be kidding... if you want anything "perfect" don't use lossy formats.

I didn;t know what Constance meant, when speaking of lossy formats. I was going to suggest that if MP3s are being played in a club or similar environment, the loss of audio quality would hardly be noticed.
However, I did a google search and found this site, which gives a good explanation about lossy, the quality of sounds.

Lossless and lossy audio formats for music.
