Thanks for the info. I'll make sure to request in due form.

Ok, Just checked out that past thread. Yah, ActivIcons is the closest of those programs to what I desire, but it is an extremely crappy program. It doesn't change all the icons like it says it will, even when you delete the old cache and restart windows. Not that good of a program, that's why it's free.

Now I have guessed that you want IconChanger from http://www.shelllabs.com/. However, there are other programs with similar names and functions.
