Hello. I hope this works for you...
Good luck and have a nice weekend!Code:incentaclick.com www.incentaclick.com
My friend found a 'multi platform' client from our good friend Locusts list of IM clients and it has ADS. (I thought AIM only had ads) Does anyone know what address to add to your host file to block the ads in qnext?? (http://www.qnext.com)
Thanx.....Peace

Nope.........
He added that to his host file and closed Qnext and re-opened it and logged in and there were still ads
Thanks though bud, they must get them from some other place.....
Did he add the localhost entries in front of the domains?
127.0.0.1 incentaclick.com
127.0.0.1 www.incentaclick.com
Yes i told him what to add (All he had to do was copy/paste)
127.0.0.1 incentaclick.com is what i told him to add (No sense also adding the www as its the same)
127.0.0.1 www.incentaclick.com is the most important line! I have just posted the other one, because it might help blocking some other ads of this company while surfing on the net.
If you add e.g. 127.0.0.1 oldversion.com to your hosts file, www.oldversion.com still works, but if you try to visit http://oldversion.com it will be blocked.
Sorry i dont know how to explain it better, because my english is bad. :-(
