All the 'old programs' that can be downbloaded here are all only

TRIAL VERSIONS

a trial version is (unnecessary language)

non of these old programs can be BOUGHT or used LONGER THAN 30 DAYS (they sure can)

because... the companies who sell the new versions DO NOT SELL THE OLD ONES ANY MORE

ONly people who still have an old CD of an old version: that can be downloaded WITH the proper installation and registration can use an old program (totally wrong)

NOBODY HERE BOTHERS TO TELLL THE people who come here ABOUT THIS (please see FAQ)

How about you read the site's FAQ before posting crap ? I don't think there should be any reason to put red warnings everywhere on the site to tell it's NOT an illegal one ~~
That would be similar to going in the street with all sorts of flashing stuff to catch people's attention about your being just the average normal guy >.<

So of course it doesn't give commercial programs, and it never pretended to. There is no such thing as scamming here.
There are both some freeware softs, and unregistered versions of sharewares. And, may you believe it or not, there are indeed some people looking for old versions of sharewares, for many various purposes, such as, for example, they got a licence for that older version but lost the installer's source, or they want to do stuff with the older interface elements, or do performance comparatives, whatever...
