I have several very old computers... specifically 1991-94. Some of these have windows 3.1 on them. However one these has had something dire done to the windows 3.1 operating system, and I need to know where I can find a copy of it. Either a download, or a place I can purchase it, if some company is actually making money off the sale of 3.1. <_<

I am in search of the ancient version of windows known to old timers as windows 3.1. I have asked people about it and they tell me the only place i&#39;ll find it is the grave yard. Help us people with the old computers and put windows 3.1 on the website. . . besides i need a copy of it for my old computers.

It is illegal --

You can buy it from someone else, i.e. EBay. But it is illegal for me to copy my Win 3.1 Disks for others to use.
