    Default Lotus SmartCenter 9.5

Can anyone tell me where Lotus SmartCenter 9.5 stores the data files so I can back them up and transfer to another computer. Thank you.

    Hello there ? ^^

Don't know ; did you try modifying some of the data you mention and then searching for files modified "today" ?
Did you already check inside the subdirectories of %appdata% in case one of them would seem related to Lotus stuff ?

If your problem involves software, hardware or service brands, most reps will pass the buck. Then you start again. Add to the mix some manufacturers charge for support. IT support is the way to keep all of your tech in tune through a subscription-based tech support center.

    Default Lotus Smart Center

Addresses in the address drawer of the smart center are saved in Lotus Organizer file which looks like a diary. If you create a address file in Lotus organizer..all details you entered will be seen in address drawer of the center and vice versa.
