    Hi ,
I used Napster when it was avab. and loved the media box it gave me.
Even when Napster was shut down I used the media box to play my music.
Now, because of a pc issue,
I had to reformat my pc and lost my media box.
Can anyone please provide a link or something for me to go back and grab my media box ?

    Thanks

Not sure what media box was, but if it was included in napster, why not just download an old copy of it from OV and use it.
else, try something liek Quicktime, or JetAudio, or any number of good media players

awaroanightengale...know what you mean...the Napster MP3 player was simple and you can loop and add/subtract songs in a snap...the xmplayer @ http://www.un4seen.com/ is the easiest closest match I've found...Napigator claims to be able to use your existing Napster software to download....But I couldn't get it to work...with any of the several versions i've got...my opinion is that the Napster players really got cool around version 7 (then you got a volume slider).
Is it possible to find someone with Napster still installed and see what the registry values are?
Roxio bought Napster and will re-issue it around December...the player will probably be "wank",though.
If you get an answer...let me know...i'm on a "quest",also....john
