I found this site courtesy of the BBC last year. There is a programme called "Clickonline" and a reporter recommends sites of interest.

I heard about this site in New Zealand on BBCWorld's Click Online show on Tuesday. BBCWorld airs during the night, all night, here and I sometimes tape Click Online which comes on at about 4:30am. This site was mentioned in a very positive way, basically just saying what is said on your start page - that old versions can be better and/or sometimes the only ones compatible with older systems. It interested me as a collector of old versions myself, so I came online immediately and checked it out! I am quite impressed but I expected it to be a bit more comprehensive from the publicity it got and it does seem to suffer from the need to constantly edit out warez talk etc. I would suggest the board needs to be more properly moderated. But good work, I'll be back!
