Did you make a backup before installing the program? Just recover from your backup.

If Easy Message has done something wrong to your computer, you need to email them, the programmers of the software, and explain to them your problem. This would be a very serious bug, if this was caused by their program. You will need to include as much info about your system, such as the version of Windows you are running, if you patched with updates, the version of IE you have, in your email to the developers.

The programs in your Add/REMOVE list is for removing apps. Most apps do include their own uninstaller in the files folders. So if you need to uninstall something, you should still be able to from the programs own uninstaller.

you can try seeing if an external program will temporarily help, if you need to uninstall soemthing.

"Restore" only came with windows ME and higher.
Windows 98, and 95 never included this product, so unless they made a backup with MS backup or a third party app, they cant go to a previous working condition.
Since the poster does not state their OS version, can not determine if they have this "Restore" feature. Which Windows Restore is not the best and most reliable form of "backing-up" your system, if you ever can not boot the system due to corrupt registry, only way to fix that would be via swapping out old registry with a backup version or through a backup program. If windows does not load, the "restore" app is useless.
you want to make sure you atleast have a backup not left inside the OS, such as "Restore" does, you want something that is backed up to a Tape drive or if you dont have a tape drive, to a CD-R or possibly even a zip drive.
For the fastest recovery, you want to use something along the lines of a partition imaging software.

    Hold up!

If you have lost things from your hard drive, stop at once!

Don't install anything or do anything! Get onto someone else's computer and go to somewhere like www.computing.net and ask about restore programs. Better yet contact a local IT specialist.

There are plenty of apps out there that you can use to restore 'deleted' material (in actual fact deleted stuff stays hidden on your drive until it is overwritten)

there are many good apps to restore, but they need to be installed prior to losing any data. So it is always best to make and keep up-to-date backups.

a favorite, will restore even after you re formatted a drive.
