Calling Long distance? no, they work over your internet connection.Originally posted by cybersurfer911@Jan 25 2004, 03:31 AM

If you are able to surf the internet, check your email, then you can use these programs. As they work across the internet, the only charges you will be paying would be your standard internet fees.
They are free to download, and for the most part free to use.

Yes, no more single word replies, as i made the comment to another member recently, if your not giving an answer in your reply, and have nothing to add to the discussion, then there is no reason to add a comment that serves nobody any good to a thread. Your just inflating your post count.
I know you might be used to this on your own forum, which thats fine, but on this forum people want answers to their questions and i am sure a reply such as "ok" does them little help in resolving their issues.
A forum is only as good as its members, so if you want to make the forum a good place, add some great content. Don't add 1 syllable replies.

Your comment comes after an explaination I wrote to someone asking a question, are you directing this to me? The recent issues with the kazaa threads was not how many, but the spamming of new threads which served no purpose. This was why the pinned topic was created, and the spamming stopped. The question which brought this thread back to the top of the forum was a valid one, not someone posting just to see the thread re shuffled.
it doesn't seem to be working. when I "x out" of it, it closes instead of minimizing
oops. never mind
